Music

Making an album doesn't happen overnight and sometimes that is a good thing. This album has been in the works for a while. The good part is that I have had the experience of working with different producers and I have learned a lot from that. I have also grown in terms of my songwriting and my voice has matured. I will be in L.A. recording some new material that I have been working on and finishing the album. I am very excited that I am getting to work with musicians and producers that I respect and admire.

The songwriting process is different for everybody. For me, I usually write the music first and then the lyrics. I write almost all my music in my bedroom because it is a comfortable environment for me and things flow. I write both Pop and Rock music. I mostly write about my own experiences. Sometimes I write about the world around me and other times I tell stories about other people and things, these stories are usually fictional.

"Move My Way", the single and music video are available for download.

We also added a couple of other songs I think you will like, "If You Would Stay" and "She's Perfect"

I think the biggest influence my dad had on me was through music. He would rock me to sleep while singing James Taylor and Neil Young. We always had music playing in our house. Cream, Steely Dan, The Who, The Stones, The Beatles, Clapton.. you name it and I was dancing to it!

When I was two, my dad came home with a drum set from the 26th street flea market. I actually started playing the drums first, then I picked up the guitar, and then I started writing music. I've always been singing.

If I had to pick just one musical influence it would be Eric Clapton. Incredible. But I’d also love to perform with Roger Daltrey. That would be unbelievable.
